Mommy, Daddy and Me class is an interactive and fun class between parent and child. Instructors will lead the group through exercises, obstacle courses and basic tumbling. We will also allow free play for both parents and children to explore the gymnastics center. Parent and child should wear clothes that are not restrictive. This class is for children 18 months to 3.5 years of age. Children should be walking to enjoy this activity.

Online registration is available but it is highly recommended you attend registration in person for the best opportunity to receive a spot. Online spaces are limited and you will receive an error message if all spaces have been filled. Please understand if all online spaces are filled you will also not be able to register for the waitlist until they have been opened up once the in-person line is finished and waitlist registration has been opened. Be sure to check your username/password PRIOR to registration day and if you have issues with your household account please contact us ASAP to receive assistance. Children must be the specified age on the day class begins. Preschool classes have a 3 & 4 year old class and another for children 4 & 5 years old. The 4 & 5 class is a hybrid "preschool" class. This class is a transition between preschool and beginner class for those between 4 and 6 years old. Children will be downstairs for the majority of class. This is geared for children who have completed a preschool class or two already but has not yet turned 5. If a child has never done a class and has turned 5 may find this a suitable way to introduce gymnastics to your child. I do not recommend children who have been in a beginner class already do this class even if the age cutoff fits your child.

Welcome to preschool gymnastics! Preschool classes are meant to be FUN and encourage a love of gymnastics from a young age. The upstairs portion of our gym has preschool-sized equipment meant for little hands. They will learn introductory skills that can be carried down to the main gym and regulation-size equipment once they are five. Girls' hair should be pulled back. Leotards are not required though we do ask participants to be in athletic clothing.

Children must be the specified age on the day class begins. Beginner classes are separated by ages; 5 & 6 year old's are in a group and those 7 & up in another. If your child will be SIX on the first day of class, you need to register for the 5 & 6 class. If your child will turn SEVEN before or ON the first day of class, you will need to register for the 7 & up group.

Recreation gymnastics classes are designed to be a fun way to introduce children to the sport of gymnastics. They will be taught fundamental skills on all four women's olympic events. Children will develop self esteem, basic physical and spatial awareness, strength, coordination, balance and conditioning in a safe healthy environment. Girls should wear leotards and hair pulled back, boys should wear shorts and tshirts. Intermediate and advanced classes are by invitation only and those who have participated previously have been notified whether they have been moved or not. The cost you see below does not include $15 registration fee. Please be advised there is a resident and nonresident rate. Open gym is available for gymnasts of all skill levels from ages 6 to 16. We ask that all participants wear athletic clothing or leotards and bring water. Participants MUST be pre-registered and will be turned away if pre-registration was not completed. No experience is required to participate in open gyms. Coaches will be available to provide guidelines and assistance to participants. Open gyms reach capacity at 15 participants and are on a first come first serve basis.

Holiday Parent's Night Out is a holiday-themed open gym where gymnasts will spend time doing open gym and then a variety of holiday centric activities. Children must be enrolled prior to the start of the activity.
