Gymnastics Rec classes are designed to teach the tumbling, equipment apparatus and floor work with focus on gymnastics fundamentals. Children will develop self esteem, basic physical and spacial awareness, strength, coordination, balance and conditioning in a safe healthy enviroment. Girls should wear leotards and hair pulled back, boys should wear shorts and tshirts.
